RICH LEE

Rich Lee joined Vision Outreach International (VOI) in the summer of 2025. He serves as an Assistant to the Executive Director (Executive Assistant) responsible for areas including business, succession planning, new initiatives, advancement, equipment repair and maintenance, and distribution.

Rich married Grace in 1997, and they have five children. They reside in Southwest Michigan, where they serve their local church and community. Rich also works at EyeMobil, where he engineers and develops portable microscopes for use in missionary work around the world.

Due to his commitment to Christ and his previous experience in the church and mission-related fields, Rich is well-suited to assist VOI in achieving its goal of restoring global sight and light. He has co-led volunteer mission teams overseas and served as a problem-solver, coach, and teacher. Because of his engineering education, he can provide biotech support to teams and equipment abroad.
